CATWALK, PRESENTATION & DIGITAL SCHEDULE APPLICATIONS

From intimate presentations through to traditional runway shows, the official catwalk, presentation and digital schedules provide designers with a wide range of different formats to showcase their upcoming collections.
Applications for September 2021 are now open.

Application Form

DESIGNER CATWALK & PRESENTATION SCHEDULE CRITERIA

    • The applicants should be over one years in business

    • The collections should consist of women’s ready-to-wear or accessories, bridal wear or children’s wear

    • The applicants should have a minimum of one stockiest, including US and international. For digital, only two stockiest are required

    • If the applicants have been in business for less than one year, they should look at applying for GBD support. Information on GBD can be found at www.hopelatinofashionweek.com

DIGITAL SCHEDULE CRITERIA

    • The applicant should be minimum one year in business

    • The collections should consist of women’s ready-to-wear or accessories, bridal wear or children’s wear

    • Applicants should have a minimum of one stockists, including US and international

    • If the applicant has been in business for less than one years, they should look at applying for GBD support. Information on GBD can be found at www.hopelatinofashionweek.com

    • The application will be reviewed by an industry panel of experts, including retailers, press, stylists and business leader.

PHASE ONE – APPLICATION PROCESS

    • Designers are asked to provide two industry-based references; we suggest that a buyer or journalist is a relevant referee

PHASE TWO – REVIEW

    • Once an applicant has completed the interactive application form, it will be reviewed and the candidate will be notified by email whether the application has been accepted

    • Designers successful to phase two will be reviewed by an e-panel of key industry members. Please do not submit samples unless specifically requested to do so

    Applicants may be asked to submit additional supporting information, which will be considered alongside the application to reach a final decision  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • An e-panel of at least 5 judges is selected each season which includes key opinion formers, media, buyers and representatives from the GBD

  • The panel acts in an advisory capacity only. There may be certain cases where the GBD feels a particular applicant may or may not be suitable for Hope Fashion Week, and the GBD reserves final say.

EVENTS SCHEDULE CRITERIA

  • Events organised by BFC Patrons, sponsors, HFW/GBD designers, showroom designers and press affiliates will be listed

  • Events by any other businesses, brands and press will be internally reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • An event will not be listed if it conflicts with the show schedule

  • Off-Schedule presentations will not be listed on the Events Schedule
