The story begins, knowing my talent.

 

My Name is Gregory Peñaloza, Born in Venezuela, Graduated from the University los Andes in Venezuela, at the age of 25. I moved to Milan Italy to follow my study of design and production, graduated from the Polytechnic di milano and work as a model and fashion production. In 2003 moved to New York hired by a design company and worked for 2 years. In 2005 consolidated my company Gregory by Design Production Founder/Executive Producer.

In Florida began to study at the University of Florida for my Master’s in Architecture, thus combining my passion for fashion with architecture. In Chicago I did my charity work, helping the community and children. Through “Fashion is Hope” foundation, started helping people with cancer and poor children in Venezuela and Unites State with my events. I worked in Mississippi doing my job, as an Architect restoring downtown, and thus recovering the beauty of the art deco building and giving a new face to the city.

In 2010 moved back to New York, studied at FIT Fashion Institute of Technology, Designer male clothe, combining my studies with my work the entertainment industry and producing fashion show, Hope Latino Fashion Week to benefit children and cancer, using Fashion is Hope foundation. It would be our motto to help poor children. Carrying out different events, in the city,

In 2017 was diagnosed with Cancer level 4 Lymphoma, with no life expectancy, undergoing a treatment of 52 chemotherapy and 10 blood transfusions and with the help of God and Dr. Daniel Chang and the entire team at New York Presbyterian Hospital they gave me back my life. In 2018 finished my treatment and March of the same year, was declared cured of cancer.

Today continue working in order to bring a message of encouragement and hope to all people with this disease, helping designers and models realize their dream of being at NYFW.

Founder and Executive Producer of Hope Latino Fashion Week, and Global Production in New York, and holding events such as Hope Latino fashion week 2019 to benefit Venezuela and Puerto Rico, working with different foundations, Velocity Foundation for Lymphoma cancer research. Alejandra Avendano Foundation for children with cancer in Venezuela, and Help Puerto Rico for the problems caused by the Hurricane. ‘

We will continue helping the community of New York and different countries in order to help those most in need, with the help of publications like this and television channels and digital media we can promote our cause and thus have a better future for all.
