Thanks the BronxNet channel for the interview hope Latino fashion Week FW20

Hope Latino Fashion Week is the official platform that gives designers, artists & performers the opportunity to present the work of the talented artists from Latin american countries within the fashion, art and music industries, nationally & internationally. Our foundation is based on the values that “Fashion is Hope” and that it can be used to help those affected with cancer in Latin america.

On February 5th – 7th we were able to successfully expose this latin platform at the incredible studio Ideal Pop Up 9 W 8th St New Yoek, NY 10011. It started  off with a press conference and silent auction on Feb 5th in which we were joined by our amazing designers, artists and national & international press. The silent auction was in benefit of cancer research and kids with cancer in Venezuela with the help from foundations such as “Fashion is Hope” , the “Alejandra Avendano Foundation” and Velocity of Columbia University. February 6th & 7th we continued with several runway shows with participation of designers Belkola Vasquez of Dominican republic, Henry Picado of Costa Rica, Vero Diaz from Mexico, Willard Morgan from New York, Giannina Azar from Dominican Republic as well as an exhibition from visual artist Celestino Ortiz from Mexico. We were blessed enough to receive such an outpouring of support from the community as well as sponsors and everyone who participated, which is why we will be returning in September to continue to support major causes and further expand this latin platform
